Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Maitre D’ Hotel and Sous Maitre in daily operations across all food & beverage outlets
- Supervise service flow and support team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Uphold and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Lead by example in providing personalized, attentive service to all guests
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally
- Contribute to staff training and motivation to maintain high service standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain or Restaurant Supervisor in a 5-star hotel setting
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Customer-oriented with a passion for luxury hospitality
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Adaptability, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to service
