Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Maitre D’ Hotel and Sous Maitre in daily operations across all food & beverage outlets
  • Supervise service flow and support team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Uphold and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Lead by example in providing personalized, attentive service to all guests
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally
  • Contribute to staff training and motivation to maintain high service standards

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain or Restaurant Supervisor in a 5-star hotel setting
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Customer-oriented with a passion for luxury hospitality
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Adaptability, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to service
