Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing and continuing the smooth operation of our Housekeeping department within the hotel
  • Supervise cleaning standards, conduct room and public area inspections, and ensure brand-quality presentation

  • Maintain strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines

  • Support and mentor team members to deliver efficient, detail-oriented service

  • Address guest inquiries, preferences, and concerns in a timely, professional manner

  • Contribute to training initiatives, performance evaluations, and ongoing staff motivation

  • Monitor operational costs efficiently

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Executive Housekeeping Manager in a 5-star hotel

  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills

  • Keen eye for detail and a commitment to luxury-level cleanliness standards

  • Professional demeanor, reliability, and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
