Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing and continuing the smooth operation of our Housekeeping department within the hotel

Supervise cleaning standards, conduct room and public area inspections, and ensure brand-quality presentation

Maintain strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines

Support and mentor team members to deliver efficient, detail-oriented service

Address guest inquiries, preferences, and concerns in a timely, professional manner

Contribute to training initiatives, performance evaluations, and ongoing staff motivation
- Monitor operational costs efficiently
Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Executive Housekeeping Manager in a 5-star hotel

Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
