Nautilux Hotel is looking for a Maintenance Manager
with the aim of establishing a stable, long-term working relationship.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Implementing preventative maintenance programs to avoid disruptions.
- Monitoring energy use and cost-saving measures.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
- Coordinating with other departments to address maintenance needs.
- Managing budgets, schedules, and vendor contracts for major repairs or upgrades.
- Strong leadership, technical expertise, and organizational skills are essential for this role.
Required Qualifications
- 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a luxury 5-star hotel
- Specialization as an electrician or plumber
- Comfortable understanding technical concepts, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Excellent prioritization, stress management, problem prevention and problem-solving skills
- Computer skills and knowledge of English will be considered an advantage
- Pleasant personality with customer service skills, passion for work, and a focus on delivering quality results
