Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring smooth coordination between therapists, reception, and service areas
  • Maintain a tranquil environment and uphold all treatment, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Lead by example in delivering warm, personalized, and professional guest service
  • Handle guest feedback, special requests, and service recovery with composure and efficiency
  • Support staff training, performance management, and the development of service excellence
  • Monitor spa inventory, scheduling, and operational performance to optimize results

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager role within a 5-star wellness environment
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and luxury service expectations
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset
  • Professional presentation, customer-oriented mindset, and commitment to guest well-being
  • Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
